Europe has a total of 14 slots for 2006 FIFA World CUP (including Germany being automatically qualified as host nation). 51 Team have been battling in 8 Groups. The winners of each group + the best two second placed team automatically qualified for the final tournament. The remaining 3 free spots are still to be fought out by a two-legged play-off of the remaining second placed teams. (more)
